  • Paneer: 250 Grams
  • Onion: 1 (Chopped)
  • Green chilli: 4 (chopped)
  • Capsicum: 1 (cut)
  • Green onion: 2 (chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic: (finely chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic Pest: 2 Tablespoons
  • All-Purpose flour: 50 Grams
  • Corn Flour: 2 Tablespoons
  • Chili Sous: 1 Tablespoon
  • Tomato Sauce: 1 Tablespoon
  • Soya Sauce: 1 Tablespoon
  • Black Paper: 1/2 Tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Salt
  • Turmeric
  • Garam Masala

Making process for Chilli Paneer Recipe:

Paneer Coating:

First, add cornflour, chilli, and salt in a bowl and add some water to mix it. Make a thick paste with this mixture. Then put the paneer in it and make sure the paste wraps the paneer pieces fully with the mixture. Let it rest for some time until prepare further step.

Now put the pan on the gas stove and pour vegetable oil to heating. After the oil is warmed, add the paneer and deep fry till it becomes brown and crispy. After deep fry removes paneer and put on tissue paper to soak the extra oil. Leave the remaining oil in the pan.

Now put ginger finely chopped ginger garlic in the pan along with, onion, chilli, and capsicum in the same oil. After little roasting, add soya sauce, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and cook it for some time. After cooking for some time pour some water and cook it for 5-7 minutes. When the gravy becomes thick and added vegetable half cooked. Put coated paneer pieces into the gravy and mix with soft hand.

Cook it with panned pieces for another 2-3 minutes and turn off-gas. Let this rest in pan for some time. Now your Paneer Chilli is ready to serve. Server it with bread or hot rice and enjoy your meal with this fantastic dish called Paneer Chilli.
