Avatar 2 is all set to create new records for Hollywood with success and collection at the box office. There are a lot of work already done for the production. But significant work is left to complete before the worldwide release.

James Cameron’s film Avatar released in 2009 and broke all the records in the box office. This visual masterpiece is considered to be one of the biggest blockbuster films. Released last year, ‘Avengers: Endgame’ finally broke Avatar’s record at the worldwide box office.

Preparations are now underway to release ‘Avatar 2’ in 2021. According to James Cameron, the film will release according to its schedule and will not be pushed forward due to the Corona epidemic.

INR 7500 Crore is a proposed budget for Avatar sequel

A report has revealed the budget of the film’s sequel and it is beyond anyone’s thinking. It is being said that the budget of the sequel will be around 7500 crores. However, this budget is inclusive of all the sequels of ‘Avatar’. But how many sequels are there to produce is not yet calcified by the production house.

Avatar 2 is expected to release on 17 December 2021

During an interview recently, Cameron said, “I want to start work on Avatar again.” There is no permission at this moment to start the work as per corona pandemic rules worldwide. In such a situation everything is stopped. The shooting was to take place in New Zealand but everything went on hold. We are trying to start work at the earliest.

Cameron continued and said, “The good thing is that New Zealand has good control over Coronavirus and they have a goal to eliminate it. They are also working on this, so there is a chance that the shoot maybe a little late but this can start in a few months.” It is expected that ‘Avatar 2’ will be released in theatres on 17th  December 2021.
