It has come to several conclusions and theories on the ill effects of Technology. Studies have been done by various organizations the world over which has also recommended the lack of Technology will make Healthy Children. There are several ill-effects of Technology on young children. Habits developed right from infancy play a vital role in how one will develop through Childhood, Adolescence, and evolve as a fully grown adult.

Characteristics like mental and physical behavior or even the physical health of an individual can be an outcome of how one’s infancy and childhood have been. It is common knowledge that if a child has had a rough Childhood it has reflected in the Adult that he/she has become. And a maximum of 1 hour screen time to Children below five. A minimum of three to four hours of floor time needs to be given to an infant so that he can learn to crawl and walk on his own. Walkers are not recommended. As children who learn to walk using walkers can develop Bow legs which have long-standing ill effects in the future as a child and even as an Adult.

Children below the age of 5 should indulge in physical activities. Such as Lego toys or clay molding that help strengthen the fingers. Games that involve running, jumping etc. also is recommended this increases agility and keeps them energetic. This ensures that children do not become obese and lethargic which invites a host of lifestyle diseases in early adulthood. Mainly Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart ailments, and some forms of cancer. Decades ago these diseases were only prone to people above 50 or 60 but today it is common with people who enter into their 30s. keeping healthy children is parents responsibility.
