Habits like Smoking and Alcohol consumption increase the risk of Osteoporosis. This lifestyle disease generally found in people who crossed the age of 60 years and more.  Women get more affected than men with this disease. Post Menopause the reduction in the production of estrogen is one of the reasons. The bone density in women tends to reduce.

If anyone is under such treatments. They should also compensate the body with Vitamin D and Calcium. So that the chance of suffering from Osteoporosis is fairly reduced.
