Aston Martin too plunges into the SUV World

SUVs have been becoming more popular the world over. It offers better ride quality even if the conditions of the Road are bad. Just a few years ago Lamborghini entered into the foray of SUVs with the Lamborghini Urus. After competitors like Porsche made a very successful run with the Cayenne and Macan. Aston Martin to has now entered into the race of SUVs they have launched the DBX which is their debut in the SUV space. This ascertains the fact that SUVs are in higher demand these days and it is the way to keep up with times in the Auto Industry.

Mclaren however has expressed that they will never enter the SUV space. As they would not like to invest that kind of money to develop a completely new kind of product. Maserati and other European supercar manufacturers entering into the SUV Space is evident with Aston Martin entering the market in the latest development.

Ferraris however tight-lipped they haven to declined nor have they expressed their willingness to enter the SUV market but it will, however, be interesting to see what they are planning to do. It, however, is quite likely that they will definitely to take the plunge. They will surely not like to be left behind in a different kind of Race. Their Top Competitor is doing quite well in the SUV well. The Lamborghini Urus Bookings up to 2020 are fully booked.

The Aston Martin DBX will be seen in India in 2020

The new entrant in the SUV world the Aston Martin DBX promises 550 ps power which is about 100 bhp lesser than its direct competition the Lamborghini Urus. It also promises a 0-60 start in 4.3 seconds. The Top speed for the Aston Martin DBX is 181 mph. The Engine is a 4.0 Litre Turbo V8 engine. It has a 9-speed automatic gearbox. With 6 drive modes for different conditions. There are 4 on Road driving modes and 2 Off-Road Driving Modes.

Very less needs to be talked about the interiors of the car as it is definitely unmatched in terms of luxury and styling. Aston Martin is already famous for such features. Event the infotainment and entertainment system are the same that is already present in their existing fleet of cars which is top-notch and state of the Art. The DBX is expected in India by the end of August 2020 and will be priced at 4.00 Crores. This is however not confirmed but just assumptions at this point in time. It will take a couple of months before we get exact details of the launch in India.
