Born in the crawl of Mumbai Wendell Rodricks made a very big name for himself in the world of fashion in India. He was instrumental in making the Lakme Fashion week the most important event in the Fashion Calendar of India.

Wendell Rodricks was also one of the first personalities to reveal his sexuality and come out as gay. At a time when the subject was still a taboo in the Indian Urban spaces too.

Wendell survived by his partner Jerome Marrel who he married in Paris in 2002. The funeral is scheduled to happen on 13th February at 3:30 pm. May his Soul Rest in Peace.
