Kangana Ranaut violated rules while modifying her house in Khar Road, Mumbai. Today Kangana received major setback from Mumbai’s Dindoshi Civil Court in this case. BMC got some relief by the court in this two-year-old case. Actress Kangana Ranaut accused of violating rules by the Mumbai’s Dindoshi Civil Court. Her application rejected by the court today.

Kangana filed a petition in the court and demanded the stay on BMC action
The Civil Court in Mumbai has dismissed the petition filed by the Kangana Ranaut to stay the BMC action. The court order clearly stated that Kangana has violated the rules in her house. Civil court also said that Kangana has converted three flats into one unit. Kangana also covered the sync area, duct area and the common area for her convenience. This is a serious violation of the approved scheme from the BMC.

The Mumbai’s Dindoshi Civil Court also said that Kangana is not able to prove how BMC notice was illegal. Her petition rejected by the civil court and now she has to go to High Court for the relief. Many believe that she may not get relief in the long run. She has violated the norms and performed illegal construction in her house.
Kangana Ranaut will go to Bombay High Court and challenge the lower court order
While presenting the case Kangana Ranaut’s lawyer objected that nothing was clearly stated in the BMC notice. But BMC’s counsel said that eight serious violations mentioned in the notice. The notice said that the portico used as a balcony and many illegal construction seen in her house.

After this big shock from the lower court, Kangana Ranaut may go to Bombay High Court for relief. She is hopeful that he will get relief from the high court.
What is the whole matter and why court issued order when Kangana Ranaut violated rules?
It is known that this whole matter is from the year 2018 when BMC notice foul play in a Khar Building. BMC allege that Khar building has violated the approved plan. They have applied many illegal changes while doing construction. Kangana has bought three flats on the fifth floor in the same building. Kangana also modified her flats and violated the BMC norms in her three flats.

The issue was in the cold bag till Kangana become aggressive and started attacking Shiv Sean. Kangara tweeted and used rough language for Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. She also challenger and used wrong words to Shiv Sena senior leader Sanjay Raut. She accused Shive Sena for not taking any action in Sushant Singh Rajpur Suicide case. This has opened the pandora box and started the game of power and legality.
