Finally, Rhea Chakraborty got bail from Bombay High Court after a month of her arrest. She arrested last month due to her alleged connection with drug paddlers in Mumbai. Rhea Chakraborty name came into the limelight after the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput in Mumbai. Sushant’s family lodged an FIR in Bihar and made a serious allegations on Rhea Chakraborty in Sushant death.
During the investigations, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested Rhea on 8th September. Rhea’s brother Shouvik Chakraborty’s also arrested with Rhea in same case. Shouvik’s bail plea rejected but Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda and staff Deepesh Sawant got the bail along with Rhea by the High Court. Rhea got a bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh.

The bail has four points for Rhea to follow after release from prison. Court asked her to attend the police station 10 days after release. She also need to submit her passport to the police station. Rhea can not travel abroad without the permission of the court. Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde called it a victory for truth and justice.

After bail got bail, the heated discussion started on social media. Many criticising the Rhea’s bail but many are happy and believe that the justice delivered. Many supporters of Chakraborty become vocal after she got bail from Mumbai High Court. A large number of Bollywood celebrities express their view on social media in this regard. Few celebrities criticised the Media Houses and News Channel Anchors for their biased reporting in this case since the beginning.

Why Rhea Chakraborty arrested and how Rhea Chakraborty got bail
Let me tell you that, Sushant Singh Rajput’s dead body found at his Bandra residence on 14th June. The primary reports suggested this as a case of suicide. However, no suicide note was found during the primary investigation. Suicide was also confirmed in postmortem and viscera reports conducted by Maharashtra Government. The Mumbai Police questioned many people in the case including relatives of Sushant, friends, staff and people associated with the film industry. Later this investigation was handed over to the CBI on the recommendation of the Bihar government. Sushant’s father KK Singh lodged an FIR against Riya Chakraborty in Patna.
Three central agencies are investigating this case including CBI, Enforcement Directorate and Narcotics Control Bureau. A team of forensic experts of AIIMS was also formed to re-examine the viscera report. Dr Sudhir Gupta, head of investigating team quoted in media that Sushant’s death is a suicide and not a murder.
