Rhea Chakraborty arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau on Tuesday. She arrested while investigating the drugs angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The NCB has completed all the formalities in this arrest. Let me tell you that NCB has questioned Rhea for hours for the third consecutive day. Rhea Chakraborty called for questioning and later agency arrested her from the NCB office.

Narcotics Control Bureau Deputy Director KPS Malhotra said, “Paperwork and other formalities completed before the arrest.” Rhea reached the NCB office at Ballard Estate in South Mumbai at around 10:30 AM today. During this time the Mumbai Police vehicle was moving along with the car for her safety. Rhea questioned by NCB for six hours on Sunday and eight hours on Monday.

The agency said that Rhea involved in a drug case. Let me tell you that Actor Sushant Singh Rajput found dead in his flat in Bandra, Mumbai on June 14 this year.

After interrogating Rhea on Monday, NCB Deputy Director General (South-West Region) Mutha Ashok Jain told reporters. “The agency was doing its job in a professional and orderly manner. The detailed information on the facts will be shared in the court.” NCB also said that it wanted to find out more information in the case by interrogating 28-year-old Rhea along with her brother Shouvik Chakraborty (24), Samuel Miranda (33), house worker Deepak Sawat.

The NCB said that it had obtained mobile phone chat records and other electronic data indicating that these people had allegedly purchased some banned drugs. The NCB arrested three people in the case last week.
